Food at best greasy and a buffet - average - good service is what makes a business.
When I tried to mention this at checkout, the familiar hostess said this was a "new policy" and we told her we would not return. I plan to call the Elizabeth City fire marshal myself as we have eaten there for weeks since this child's birth with her parents and never been told this. Our Navy son returns from deployment this afternoon, we treat family to a favorite meal there and the hostess takes offense at seating us at the front of the restaurant in a large booth - so she "sicks" an Asian young man on us to tell us fire marshal rules will not allow our Navy son/wife and their toddler (age 2) to be seated together side by side in a booth across from two parents (us). Tonight the service was insulting and horrid - we will not return. Long time customers 1-2 times/week for years.
